Wash 1kg Basmati Rice and soak in water for 45-60 minutes.

Take 2kg vessel. Add 1kg Chicken marinated with Deccani Zaiqa paste, curd, coriander, mint, and 50gm oil. Keep aside for 60 min.

Boil 4-5 liters of water with Deccani Zaiqa Dry Masala. Add soaked rice and cook until 60% done. Drain excess water.

Spread the cooked rice on top of marinated chicken. Add coriander, mint, and ghee for better taste.

Close the lid tight. Cook on high flame for 10 min and on low flame for 20-30 min. Open lid after 15 min.

Now serve the delicious Deccani Zaiqa Chicken Biryani.
