Take 1Kg Chicken leg pcs add 300gms of thick curd and Deccani Zaiqa Chicken Tangdi Kebab Paste, mix it thoroughly.

20GM GREEN CHILLI SAUCE
10GM SOYA SAUCE
PEEL GARLIC (OPTIONAL)
KETCHUP 30-40GM
  1. Take 500gm of chicken, marinate with 100gm Maida, 70gm Corn flour and 2 Eggs. Mix thoroughly and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a Pan. Once hot, deep fry the marinated chicken until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat 100ml of oil, add 1 diced onion and saute until golden brown. Add few curry leaves and 2-3 sliced green chillies. Then, add the Deccani Zaiqa Chicken 65 paste, 10 gm Soya Sauce, 20 gm Green Chilli Sauce, 30-40gm ketchup and 300ml water and cook for another 3-5mins.
  4. Add the fried chicken to the pan
  5. Take 20ml water in a glass, add 1 tbsp Cornflour, mix well and add this mix to the Pan. Cook for another 3 minutes on high flame. Garnish with chopped coriander.
  6. Delicious Deccani Zaiqa Chicken 65 is ready

  1. Take 500gms of chicken and marinate it with Deccani Zaiqa Chicken Pakoda paste. Add 2 eggs, 70gm cornflour, 100gm maida, Mix thoroughly and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat enough oil in a Pan for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, fry the marinated chicken pieces until they turn crispy and golden brown.
  3. Your delicious Deccani Zaiqa Chicken Pakoda is ready to serve. Enjoy hot with your favorite dip!
