Butter Chicken

BONELESS CHICKEN 500GM
OIL 30-50ML
CHOPPED CORIANDER
1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP SALT
2 TSP BUTTER
2 TSP CREAM

Set a pan over high flame, add 30-50ml oil and allow it to heat up.Then add 500gm chicken and Sauté fry it for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Add ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp turmeric powder, again sauté fry it for 10 minutes on a moderate heat.

Next add Deccani Zaiqa paste and tomato puree. Mix and cook for 5 min, then add 300ml of water and close the lid for 10-15 min.

Add 2 tsp butter, 2 tsp cream-optional and chopped coriander, cook for 5 minutes on low heat until the oil divides.Then turn off the flame.

Lip-smacking Deccani Zaiqa Butter Chicken is ready.

KADAI CHICKEN PASTE

CHICKEN 500GMS
OIL 30-50ml
CORIANDER LEAF
1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
TOMATO 3 PCS
2 ONIONS
2 CAPSICUM
WATER 300ML
  1. Add 30-50 ml of oil in a pan after heating boneless Chicken, sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add ½ tsp of salt and ½ tsp of turmeric powder 2 medium onions and 2 medium capsicums, Sauté again for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Add Deccani Zaiqa Kadai Chicken paste and tomato puree, sauté fry for 5 mins then add 300 ml of water. Cook well for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add chopped coriander and cover the lid.
  5. Lip-smacking Deccani Zaiqa Kadai Chicken is ready to serve.

Paneer Butter Masala

PANEER 500GM
OIL 30-50ML
CORIANDER LEAF

1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
BUTTER
CREAM

WATER 300ML
  1. Heat 30-50 ml of oil in a pan, add 500 gm fresh paneer (small cube cut ) sauté cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Add ½ tsp salt add ½ tsp turmeric powder Add deccani zaiqa paste and tomato puree again sauté fry for 5-7 minimum on moderate heat.
  3. Add 300 ml water, cover the lid and cook for 10-15 minutes. Season with 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 table spoons of cream then chopped coriander
  4. Tantalizing Deccani Zaiqa Paneer Butter Masala is ready.
