MUTTON 500GM
OIL 30-50ML

Heat 30-50 ml of oil in a pan, Add 500 gm of Mutton and Sauté for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Add ½ tsp of salt and ½ tsp of turmeric powder, then Sauté cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Add Deccani Zaiqa Mutton Rogan Josh Paste and Curd and sauté fry for 5-7 mins then add 300ml of water then cook for 10-15 mins.

Add chopped coriander and cover the lid.

Delicious Deccani Zaiqa Mutton Rogan Josh is ready.

MUTTON KHEEMA PASTE

MUTTON KHEEMA 500GM
OIL 50ML
CORIANDER LEAF
1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
TOMATO 3 PCS
WATER 300ML
CINNAMON 2 PCS
CLOVE 4 PCS
CARDAMOM 4 PCS
  1. Add 50 ml oil in a pan after heating, add Cinnamon 2 pcs, clove 4 pcs,4 pcs cardamom and 2-3 sliced onion saute fry till it gets golden brown, then add 500gm mutton kheema, saute fry for 20-25 minutes over medium flame.
  2. Add 2-3 chopped green chili, 1/2tsp salt and 1/2tsp turmeric powder, mix it well, add Deccani Zaiqa paste and 3 tbsp tomato puree and mix it well then add 300 ml water cook it on low flame for 20-25 min, then add coriander leaves.
  3. Now Serve The Delicious Deccani Zaiqa Mutton Kheema Masala.

ROGANI EGG CURRY

OIL 50ML
BOILED EGGS 8-10
1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
CURD 100GM
WATER 300ML

  1. Use a Vessel and pour in 50ml of Oil, then add 8-10 boiled eggs and Saute for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add 1/2 Tsp of salt and 1/2 Tsp of turmeric powder and add Deccani Zaiqa Rogani Egg Curry Paste, put in 100gms of curd and saute for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Add 300ml of water then cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat, then add coriander leaves and mix in the vessel, and use some coriander leaves for garnishing.
  4. Flavorful Deccani Zaiqa Rogani Egg Curry is ready.
